History of Surety Title

Surety Title Company has been doing title work and providing other real estate services in the state of Oklahoma for almost 40 years. Surety Title originated in Enid, Oklahoma in 1976, servicing the northwest area of the state. As the banks and financial institutions began to expand their customer base with branch banking and Internet applications, it became apparent to Surety Title there was a definite need to provide state-wide service.

Beginning in the late eighties, Surety Title formed research teams based in three strategic locations: Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Enid. Since this expansion, Surety has been a leading Oklahoma Title Company providing services in all 77 counties.
